Series of 4 Classes

A therapeutic-style series with a focus on exploring how we can work with the physical back body and the subtle spine through movement and meditation. Classes are a blend of discussion and instruction, movement is at a gentle pace, and is focused on those with back concerns. Weekly homework and sample take home practices included! 

Please note this series is not meant as a replacement for any medical advice, therapy or treatment you may be receiving.

Our classes are meant to be complementary allowing you to access the following benefits of yoga:

  • strengthening and stabilising of joints and muscles
  • relaxation of body and mind
  • greater awareness of posture and structure of the body
  • ability to better manage and work with pain

Ideal for those who:

  • are currently living and working with back pain
  • are preventative-minded people without current back conditions

This series is not available to attend online.

Cost of series is $350 for 4 classes. Classes cannot be attended individually.
