Everyday Balance is an evolution of our Tea and Conversations series. Each month we will gather to discuss topics that help to bring us more into balance and harmony. Through conversation, practice and community we will build our capacity to manage ourselves and our everyday lives.

Please join me for The Quiet Chapter, a reading club where all is welcome.
On the second Tuesday of the month we'll meet at The Arts Café with our choice of reading material. We'll order food or beverages (or both), share a little on what we're reading, and then read silently for an hour. Following that hour there is the option to stay on and share with the group about what you've read or you may head out.
This is intended to be a very relaxed evening, a time and space to be together for the common goal of getting some reading done.

Series of 4 Classes
A therapeutic-style series with a focus on exploring how we can work with the physical back body and the subtle spine through movement and meditation. Classes are a blend of discussion and instruction, movement is at a gentle pace, and is focused on those with back concerns. Weekly homework and sample take home practices included!

Since 2018 I have been hosting and co-hosting yoga retreats. They have varied in length from a full weekend, to a one-day event, to afternoon retreats. All are similar in that they allow one to:
Retreats are built around my own experiences and knowledge. Over the past three decades I have had the opportunity to attend yoga retreats both in Trinidad and abroad and truly believe in the opportunity they provide us to connect with and care for self.
I am pleased to offer personalised yoga retreats. These are scheduled by appointment and can be for either an individual or a group of up to 5 persons. They can be either virtual or at a retreat location. Retreats can be based on one of three themes or can be fully customised.
