Welcome to the BRB Club - a space designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit through the power of breath, the healing practice of rest, and the warmth of community. This journey is crafted for individuals at all levels of ability.

This programme offers:

21 days of insight and exercises delivered to your inbox (free to access)

  • Week 1: Breathe | Week 2: Rest | Week 3: Be

Three (3) live workshops that can be attended either at studio or via zoom

($200TT per person, per workshop)

  • Breathe: working on and discussing practices shared in the first week
  • Rest: discussion of the second week followed by yoga nidra
  • Be: discussion on the third week followed by gentle yoga and meditation
