“Animals” is the prompt for day 17 of #Gratitude30. We are invited to appreciate the incredible diversity and beauty in the animal kingdom and also to focus our gratitude on our favourite animal.

What’s your favourite animal?

As long as I have known myself I have loved cats - for their attitude, their skills, their company, their purrs. Today I am holding space for the cats of Trinidad and Tobago as well as those who care and help to care for them. Our role is stewardship - to take care of the animals in our spaces, to help where we can, to love and treat them well.
