At the beginning of most of my classes we do a bit of centring. We turn our attention to the state of our body, the emotions that we may be feeling, and the thoughts we may be having.

Sometimes we notice that our feelings are felt in the body. Sometimes we notice that we aren't aware of the feelings that are present until we take that moment to pause.

Today, for day 26 of Positively Present's #Gratitude30 challenge we are invited to reflect on our feelings.

Are you aware of the range of your emotions? Do you feel your feelings? How does working with your emotions and feelings change the experience of your day?

I went down a rabbit hole exploring emotions vs feelings. Today I am feeling mixed emotions due to a number of things that I am holding in my space.
