#InspireInclusion is the theme for this year's International Women's Day - when I told this to my friend earlier this week she said, "But you already do that!"

Yes, because yoga is inherently inclusive. Multiple paths, one destination. Creation and consciousness. Built on understanding the dualities of life but guiding us towards that understanding of oneness.

Today, as we celebrate international women's day as well as observe the great night of Shiva, Maha Shivaratri, let us recognise all that women face in today's society.

Let us build our awareness of what it means to "inspire inclusion" in all spaces. Let us begin to understand how this can be done. Let us open to the understanding of the need for balance. Let us work towards a world where we are all celebrated, where we are all supported in all spaces.
