Hello my friends! As I dive deeper into the creation of my upcoming program, the Sacred Canvas Sisterhood, I wanted to share with you what I hope you will receive as a member of the sisterhood.

The program will include sessions of yogic practice and philosophy, workshops and retreats, and a few bonus things (that are bringing me great joy in planning). As we work through them together I know that you will:

• build a greater sense of self-awareness
• feel a deeper sense of safety and security
• be inspired, motivated and empowered
• feel renewed, rested and restored

This knowledge is based both on feedback I have received from previous retreats and workshops and my own experiences. I look forward to sharing with you and welcoming you into this space.
