Our afternoon retreat invites you to explore perspective through movement, stillness, and creative observation. We offer the opportunity for a pause from everyday life, and the chance to learn and experience something familiar through fresh eyes.
No prior yoga or photography experience is needed though an interest in both is welcome. This retreat is about presence, connection, and seeing alongside others. Our afternoon programme creates space to allow new perspectives to emerge naturally through shared experiences.
See below for an outline of our afternoon, reasons to attend, and our faq section!

Creating photos that connect to your intent and meaning
Join us for this enriching afternoon that marries mindfulness and photography.

Will there be instruction about how to use my camera?
No, this retreat is not for learning about how to use your equipment. It is best to bring a camera that you are already comfortable using.
If you would like to learn more about the technical aspects of photography Gareth is available for both one-on-one and group instruction sessions at another time.
Can I attend this retreat if I do not regularly practise yoga?
You are welcome to attend whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Please note that our first workshop is not a yoga class but an exploration of perspective through the lens of yoga. While there is some movement, this is not a full physical practice.
If you are attending there is space on the registration form to indicate any health, mobility, or dietary issues.
