A nourishing Hatha Yoga class designed to support women through every stage of their monthly and life cycles.
This class offers a grounding practice to honour the natural rhythms of the female body - whether you are navigating menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, or menopause.
Through breathwork, mindful movement, and restorative āsanas (postures), we will cultivate balance, strength, and serenity. Our practice is complemented by moments of reflection, sharing, and community connection, creating a space where women can support and uplift one another.
This is a space where you are invited to move, rest, and be seen exactly as you are. Whether you seek physical ease, emotional grounding, or the warmth of shared wisdom, this class offers a safe and welcoming sanctuary.

This class is developed from personal observation of the impact of yoga throughout my life and blended with training that I have done. Each month our class is built around a theme relevant to the group. Classes include a range of seated, standing, reclined and restorative āsanas (postures).
