Meet Your Instructor


A warm welcome to you, I am Renee Arundhati! 

I am a certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance (USA) and have been working primarily with adults in Trinidad and Tobago since 2014. I have also  trained with - and am an ambassador for - Accessible Yoga, and have been certified as a Yoga for All instructor.  

My aim is to support you through yoga by creating safe spaces to explore yogic philosophy and practices.
