Saturday 18th April, 2026 | 2:00 - 6:00 pm
This retreat offers the opportunity to deepen our understanding of pranamaya, the yogic practice of managing the breath and subtle energy of the body.
We build on the work done during our first week of 21-day the BRB Club programme, which introduced us to breath and prāṇa.
Breathe: an exploration of prāṇāyāma is a carefully curated pranayama immersion held between indoor sanctuary and garden stillness; an experience where the pace softens, the senses awaken, and we learn how the breath can become both anchor and guide.
See below for an outline of our afternoon, reasons to attend, and our faq section!

Welcome and Introductions
Our afternoon begins with welcoming, and introductions - to ourselves, the space we are in, and our agenda for the retreat. We begin with intention, taking time to move into our space together.

Movement, Integration & Stillness
In our second session we explore the movement and practice of pranayama in nature. You will be invited to observe the shifts that occur in different settings. This session ends with meditation.

If you’ve been moving through life on autopilot, quietly carrying stress in your body and mind, this retreat is your invitation to pause and recalibrate.
We offer an opportunity for anyone seeking to build their understanding and practice of prāṇāyāma.
Together we attend to:
Learn and practice practical tools to calm our nervous system and manage our self
Experience our breath as a gateway for clarity, attention, and creativity
Restore and energise self through guided practice, community, and an intentional setting
Join us for this afternoon of learning and practice, a retreat designed to help you breathe with awareness, move with ease, and be empowered to use the tools for your growth.
Early-bird (before April 3rd): $350 per person / $600 per pair
General cost (April 3rd - April 12th): $450 per person / $800 per pair
